Northern Education Trust had designated four of their school’s gas plant as inefficient and unable to cope effectively for the coming winter period and would require replacing during the summer school break 2019.
Following a successful tender process NET awarded JH Mechanical Services all four projects, confident in our ability to deliver all four projects in good time for the schools return, estimated works at £100K.
The works are now all complete, in time for the start of the new school term.

The Project:
In both of these schools, three atmospheric inefficient gas boilers were removed along with all associated pipework and flue systems. Three high efficiency skid mounted condensing boilers with new associated pipework and flue systems were installed including installation of a magnetic water filter system to maintain water quality, ensuring efficiency for years to come. Also, a gas detection system was installed providing confidence in gas safety for the client.

Location: Frederick Nattrass Primary School, Stockton
The Project:
An inefficient and problematic gas water heater was removed along with all associated pipework and flue system. A fully condensing, gas fired, stainless steel, floor standing water heater and direct storage vessel with new associated pipework, pumps and flue system were installed.
