Description of Works
We served as principal contractor in partnership with the Thirteen Group for the renewal of central plant room equipment and pipework at the 70 flat extra care housing facility in Hartlepool.
Hot water and heating was maintained at all times with the installation of an external packaged gas plant room connected to the internal services.
All existing Gas plant, boilers, flue, pumps and pipework were replaced with new high efficiency gas plant, packaged plate heat exchanger, resin tank water softener and carbon steel distribution pipework system including bespoke welded delivery header all installed tested and commissioned by our in house installation team.
Works also included the replacement of 12 number radiators and all associated distribution pipework within the communal function room which entailed working safely in a busy occupied space.
