Description of Works
Works to achieve compliance in relation to electrical and fire safety etc. including some internal alterations to Chesterton Court, Norton.
Our Company successfully completed works working in partnership with Thirteen Group in-house Investment Team.
Works also included an M & E Refurbishment, including full rewire and upgrade of fire alarm, internal investment works and works to communal areas, Sub main distribution upgrading, all communal power and lighting and all distribution within 24 apartments.
