Description of Works
We have been appointed as the main contractor providing routine maintenance to gas appliances mechanical equipment, commercial catering equipment, and legionella control maintenance with responsive repairs to all NET Academies for the next 5 years.
These contracts have been supported by our team of heating and ventilation engineers and electricians who are highly motivated and multi skilled, with over 250 years’ collective experience in the trade.
We provide our engineers with a comprehensive training programme which ensures a robust core set of skills for each engineer, as well as specialisms so that our clients have the confidence in getting the most effective and skilled service at all times.
This work involves the planned maintenance and repairs to all mechanical and plumbing plant and equipment and covers a wide scope of work; including unblocking toilets/urinals, replacing low temperature hot water heating pipes within buildings, plus larger installation works as required.
We have regular site inspections and progress meetings with the NET Estates Team to review and monitor the delivery of our services.
Our management team offer full support to NET and are always on hand should the Estates team have an urgent matter that needs attention.
