Description of Works
The refurbished works have included installation of numerous cold water booster sets within the Stephenson building and replacement Water storage tanks (located on the 12th floor), Gas Fired Water heater (located on the 10th floor) of the Tower building and new cold water booster set to bring the existing domestic services up to the latest standards.
