Description of Works
We have secured 3 separate contracts which include routine maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment within plant rooms, including boilers, burners, water heaters, air handling units, air conditioning systems, heat recovery units, chilled water systems, radiant heaters, pumps and valves, pressurization equipment, unvented hot water systems and other associated plant.
A 24/7 call out service is provided as part of this contract, offering services to repair and/make safe during out of hours period.
This service covers all campus buildings and we have an excellent response rate, with over 98% of all emergency calls responded to within the hour and over 89% of all works completed within two days of being raised.
Our company has worked on site at Teesside University for over 5 years and these contracts are supported by our team of heating and plumbing engineers and electricians who are highly motivated and multi skilled, with over 250 years’ collective experience in the trade.
We provide our engineers with a comprehensive training programme which ensures a robust core set of skills for each engineer, as well as specialisms so that our clients have the confidence in getting the most effective and skilled service at all times.
